The Avenue Suite

Tucked back along a classic Southern porch, the Avenue Suite makes for a luxurious and relaxing stay in the midst of Downtown Ocean Springs. The lush King Bed allows for peaceful dreams and the recently remodeled bathroom brings forth a spa-like atmosphere. Enjoy the many other amenities including a set of spa botanical bath products, a flat screen TV, unique furnishings and custom lighting, kitchenette space, complimentary WI-FI, a private back patio, and a delicious complimentary coffee drink of your choice and waffle from Bright Eyed Brew Co. The Avenue Suite is the perfect room for any vacation, staycation, or romantic getaway!

Inn Policies

  • If you are looking to check in earlier than 3:00 PM, please let us know. We will do our very best to make arrangements for you!

  • Late check-outs can be requested and will be granted based on availability.

  • We secure your reservation with a credit card, and will process one night payment at time of booking. Remainder of payment due 72 hours before arrival.

  • Your authorized one night payment is non-refundable.

    72 hours prior to check-in, the entire length of stay is collected and is non-refundable and non-adjustable.

  • In the case of special event dates, such as national holidays and festivals, such as the Peter Anderson Festival, an advanced payment of the total nights' stay plus tax is collected 30 DAYS prior to check-in.. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us AT LEAST 30 DAYS prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation without charge.

  • A cleaning fee of $450 is applicable if any evidence of smoking inside is discovered upon check-out.

  • We understand that pets are an important part of the family, which is why we are happy to welcome your faithful companion. We do ask that they be under 40 lb., and there is an additional charge of $100 with a maximum of two pets per room.

  • Rates are based on double occupancy. Both suites at The Inn have a two-person max.

  • Complimentary, off-street parking is located down the gravel driveway at The Inn.

  • We honor quiet hours between 9 PM - 9 AM. Any violations of the quiet enjoyment of other guest is subject to a fee based on the damages.
